Return Policy

We do our best to provide you with the highest quality cigars, lighters, and accessories, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.

Returns are easy – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to Smoking Hot Cigars within 15 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returns take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact us at customerservice@smokinghotcigars.com or call #636-344-0717 and let us know what item you are returning and why.

How the return policy works:

Cigars — For cigars by the box or bundle of 20 cigars or more, if you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, pro-rata credit is applied, less shipping charges. For samplers and non-cigar merchandise, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging, any accessories to return and or promotional items received with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.

Lighters — If you are not satisfied with your lighter for any reason, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit, or refund, provided it is in like-new condition. Returns take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Return policy does not cover excess wear and tear, and cracks due to dropping.

Humidors- If you are not satisfied with your humidor for any reason, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit, or refund, provided it is in like-new condition. Returns take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process.
